Upon receiving product here at Chromadora Inc., it is examined to find out what type of metal or material it is.

Last process Chromadora Inc. performs is once the part has gone through all processes then it is ready for its final inspection. Once the final inspection is completed the part goes into the final process of getting nickel and chrome plated. Words cannot explain our quality but hopefully these pictures will give you an idea of the quality Chromadora Inc. could provide for you.

Product is inspected to see if any repair is needed, if needed product is repaired.

Then it is polished and prepped for the next step of copper plating as shown.

Once it is approved it is then sent to our polishing department for a copper buff process. Copper buff process helps eliminate or minimize pits or any imperfections in the material. After the copper buff process it is then carefully inspected to make sure it is ready for our last process of nickel and chrome plate.

Once product has been copper plated the part is inspected to make sure that the proper copper plating time was giving to the product because all products are different, they are treated as a case by case situation.
